Great win for Amersham, so if we beat div 1 Aston Clinton it sets up a semi final with div 1 Amersham both at home, and then hopefully an all middx final

Amersham were playing in the Challenge Trophy, not the Prem Div Cup.

Yes, I got them mixed up, Amersham done really well, and now set up a semi final with us if we get past Aston Clinton

Could be an all Div 1 Final yet. That would be appropriate considering another Div 1 "personality" will be entertaining the crowds with his hat eating exploits that day!

Well strangely if we hadn't been forced to play half a Reserve team in our tie with Biggleswade United earlier in the season we may well have still been in the competition instead of Amersham as we would have then met Oxhey Jets who I'm sure we would have beaten comfortably. I suppose that's the beautiful game all over as it's all about if's and maybe's, you will recall Biggleswade saying that we were by far the best team they had played all season and their Coach kindly offered us a pre season friendly in August.
