That Number 6 shirt will be there JKiF, and I'm bringing my boots, too. It was handy that I bought that shirt when Ben left as, in a time of tight fiscal constraints, it avoids the cost of getting another shirt done. I'll bet that those that have left have taken their kit with them.

 

You should have made a bid for Adam Wilde's shirt JKiF and then, it might have been you!

 

In the St Albans Observer this morning, Colin is quoted to the effect that he is left with a bare squad of 16 including Dean Cracknell and assistant manager Nick Roddis. He is aware that Dean is suspended for Tuesday, of course.

 

He talks about the need for a striker and a fullback at the top of his list of requirements.

 

I have to be honest and say that I'm not much good on the left, mind and, also, if called upon, I'd rather play on the opposite side of the pitch to the Cola stand.

If we could get him to the game, he would provide better cover for Lee Flynn than I ever could. I would happily let him wear Ben's/my Number 6 shirt. [Providing Mrs Mancini washed and ironed it after, of course.]
