i agree that was a good goal but i think Roy Essandoh;s goal against Exeter a few seasons back was even better. 25 to 30 yards out on the volley!

Yes I agree Fleetman, I was right by the side of the goal when that went in, but Lukes goal was a bit special and as I was standing at the away end (again), I really didn't get to see it as well as I would have liked, thank heavens for you tube.

Strangely, on the local (biased)Devonian TV it only showed the two Macca goals, perhaps to give the locals a jaundiced view that our goals were gifts, and that maybe Exeter were unlucky.

If they had seen Lukes goal that would have given a more balanced view, and why omit the best goal of the match anyway?
