AFC Wimbledon v East Thurrock United

Horsham v Slough Town

Worthing v Ashford Town (Middx)

 

Any win for AFC will take them ahead of us (for the time being at least) by a point. I saw East Thurrock against Margate and they didn't do too bad, but having lost at home to Hendon on Saturday it would be a brave man to bet on anything other than a home win.

 

A win for Horsham would keep them right in the hunt and you have to fancy them to beat Sluff despite Sluff's win at Heybridge on Sat.

 

Third game not too relevant to us but after their great win on Saturday I go for Worthing to make it a hat-trick of home wins.

You forgot the big match of the day - Concord v Billericay, Essex Thameside Trophy!!!

 

I don't think we should be thinking too much about what the other teams do, just focus our efforts on what we do. We need to make sure we're properly prepared for Walton on Saturday. Everything else is just a distraction!

True Simon, but IMHO, seeing as we have Worthing soon, it's good to keep an eye on their form. AFC will suffer a points deduction soon so may well be out of it anyway.
