Never mind yesterday's Refereeing Farce!

I would just like to say that yesterday we saw the most outstanding, gutsiest performance by a team you could ever want to see. Despite all the odds (the oddest being the referee), they battled to the bitter end, and almost managed to pull it off! Passion like you don't see very often!

 

A PERFORMANCE I WILL NOT FORGET - YOU ARE DEFINITELY GOING TO BE THE BEST TEAM MARGATE HAVE EVER HAD!

Yep, I agree with AB, and I still thought we could have got a draw out of it right up to the last kick!

 

If you have to lose a game or to, I rather see us show that commitment than to just give in. We could have just shut up shop at 3-0 down to save any further embarrassment. But we didn't and I thought we were brilliant as a consequence.

 

The worst thing was not the defeat but the match bans that will hit us shortly - nasty things sendings off!

Agree with you 'Abi' albeit the hardest one to cover could be Trott albeit if he is out for just one game, guess we will just have to live through that.

I think JJ or DS can cover Skinns ok,and Protheroe should be in the side anyway.

 

What we can't afford now is any injuries but sods law says we will get some about the same time !!
