Looking at some of the forthcoming matches in the SSML PREM Febuary is the month when all the top sides have to play eachother. Have a look at some of the forthcoming games, They look espcially hard for those chasing Edgware. Hertford have Leverstock away on Tuesday night, which will put them both ahead of us on games, a must win for Hertford I would say.

Looking at the month ahead, it could all be done and dusted by March if you Hertford have a bad run of results, and we beat you.

 

That said, I think you will push us all the way, but it is our favour that you have to play Leverstock/Harefield/Oxhey and us/ all next month!!!!!!A;sp all these game with the teams placed 2nd to 5th will be taking points off each other, leaving us in a great posistion if we carry on winnng. Of course its in our hands to win the title, but as I said you will push us till its no long possible to be caught, and unitll then its still 'all up for grabs'

And to answer your question about the reserve keeper. He was our first team keeper the latter part of last season and earned himself managers and players player of the season, enough said!

We have won our last six league games at a canter, scoring 24 and conceding 5. We are quaking in our boots Gavin!

LOL, but look who you have played Horace, Febuary IS the month that will sort the men from the boys. Lets see how good Oxhey Jets are after playing all the top teams, the same goes for you.

 

You are missing your keeper and your striker, are you down to the bare bones? how big is your squad?

 

You game at Leverstock tomorrow night is a MUST win for Hertford, defeat will be a big setback, a win closes the gap to 8pts, though we will have a game in hand over you and two over Green

We also have the 2nd highest scorer in the league, and we managed to win 5-1 without the 2 you mentioned.

We have about 20 players who don't play in the reserves! That big enough?
And the reserves are competing for the championship of the SSMFL Reserve Div 1

i think we have a very strong squad, strongest i have ever been involved with. with leo fit agian and wadey coming back think there is about 5/6 centre mids that could play and do a job.

You must be hoping that St Mags do you a favor on Sat, arent they your neighbours? We will be hoping that our neighbours Kingsbury can do us a favour by halting your run of 7 wins (I think thats a SSML record so far this season?)

 

IF we drop points at ST Mags and you pick up 3pts then you could cut the lead to 5 or 6pts, and then its GAME ON.

 

Worse case for us is that we play you with our lead cut down to 5pts or less. A win for you against us would see you level or a point behind.

 

HOWEVER..... we have only lost ONE league game all season, and by the law of averages we are due another defeat, but only ONE lol.

 

I think its going to go to all the way, it's in our hands, if we dont win it then we have only ourselves to blame. I must give credit where its due to Hertford, they HAVE pushed us, and I bet they are ruing those defeats they had early in the season.

I was NOT going on, I said Hertford have done very well. We play all the above at home, apart from you who we play away.

PLEASE dont bring up the 'not taking promotion' rumour again, I would rather you pipped us and won the title then us win it and you go up in our place, and I am sure so would you and your club.
