Skybet have up-dated after todays games. Margate & Bromley are joint favourite at 3/1. Hampton have shot into 3rd at 4/1 after todays victory over Margate, whilst Chelmo have drifted to joint 4th with AFC at 6/1 (are the bookies ignoring any posible point deduction for AFC?). We've shorthened to 10/1 in 6th. Not suprisingly Swifts have drifted to 7th at 20/1 following their home defeat today by Slough, hot on the heels of their defeat at W&H.

H&RB were as long as 66/1 in mid november following our shocking results. Looks like a cracking bet now!

And that's from a man who works for a bookie and does a bit of odds compiling from time to time.

The bookies aren't going to give a longer price on AFCW because they might not lose points. It's not confirmed yet. Just imagine if they pushed them out to 25/1 and then no points were deducted. In the time being they could have been hammered.

Punters gamble. Bookies don't!!

But there's a "chance" they will lose points and I'd have thought that was the name of the game. It appears to me they've made no allowance for that "chance". Whereas extending the odds a bit, to account for that possible eventuality, may draw a few punters in. But I guess they know what their doing, unless they're just being "lazy".

Imo they dont know what theyre doing, i dont think they know much about non league footie. If no one bets on AFCW they might wonder why and push the odds out, but if people are still betting at the price they offer, then id imagine they keep them the same
