It's the filing clerk in him! He started off by telling us on the prediction thread that they would be struggling without Lee Scott, so, for tidiness, he continued on there ,even though everyone else had moved onto "results"

Horace - You know me too well now don't you and can read me like a book, I'm a man of habit and very old school in my approach to things. Yes we were a little like Arsenal without Thiery Henry and Man Utd without Wayne Rooney today, we tend to rely on Lee to simply finish off our intricate passing play similar to Clive Allen if you like in that season for Spurs when all he did was score over 40 goals except that Lee contributes a lot more by tackling back. Obviously even your Real Madrids, Barcelona's and Inter Milan's would miss someone like him so it's no surprise that we only drew today.

i've never played in such a one sided game, we were all over them from start to finish!! our lack of a goalscorer is our problem this season, we cant kill off games!!

Haringey's pitch is awful, they have little patches all over the pitch that is like quick sand and is very dangerous, i expect many more games to be cancelled over there.

Gavin - Yes I only found out today when I saw the 2-2 result in the non league paper, how come it was reported wrong on here last night. Definitely the result of the day for Haringey, well apart from Winslow United holding us to the same scoreline that is.

blues06, what position do you play? was there something obstructing your view? the game i watched was evenly contested until your players moaned, groaned and dived so much that one of our players got sent off.

 

For such a "one sided game" i dont remember our keeper having a save to make, apart from a few catches. i remember your goal being pounded on regulary when we went down to 10 men, and most of your players seemed happy, if not happier then the haringey players with the draw.

 

just a shame you had to come on here and demonstarte more moaning and groaning, i thought i heard the end of it on saturday!

never heard so much sh*t in all my life. u went down to 10 men with about 15 mins to go coz ur twat of a number 8 didnt know how to tackle. ur goals came from a worldy by ur 6 ft 8 giant and a [****!!****] up by our keeper, apart from that, all u did all day was have ur illegal immagraints fall over all day and claim for benifits to the ref!! it was embaressing!

At the end of the day, u've got shi*t players, sh*t ground and ur gona get relagated. And wats with the car boot sale in ur car park, desperate for money or wat, i dropped a pound coin in ur car park, get ur players to go and have a scramble for it!!
