3 first half goals from seedel(2)and edgerley before a 2nd half consolation. could and should have been a lot more. a lot of the legends there were a bit before my time but its good to see such a large turnout.and well done tilbs for 200 starts

3 goals in a first half that could of easily have been 4 or 5. casey man of the match today imo, and was unlucky not to have scored at the end.

Thought the Edge had a good game. Was I pissed or did I see Spenny in the Bar! What's happened to him. Is he still on the clubs books.

Edge did have a good game, took his goal well too. Spenny was there and i think he's left, but might need someone to confirm this!?

Spenny has left as such, although he hasn't actuall signed this season.

 

He has been spending a lot of time out of the country with work over the past few months and previous to that had a bad calf injury.

 

From what I gathered yesterday he is looking to get himself sorted and start training again, whether it is with us or not is to be seen.

Casey;Coyney played particularly well, Will always plays well. Furmage also did well. Seedel, although scored two goals, not too sharp. Edgerley played well....you are kidding, right ? Him and Cook are stand-out weaknesses in the side.

I don't think it's fair to have a go at anyone for their performances on saturday ( i didn't think they were as poor as they have been in SOME games either) I think Seedel gets alot of unfair stick some times. Just look at the amount of goals he has got this season. Most of the players in our side are quite small so we need a few big lumps just to raise the average height to just above me

I thought Coyney was superb. Furmage looked solid at the back.
The side played very well in the first half but coasted in the second.

Agreed! Coyney was my motm. I know we need goal scorers but that doesn't make them best players. Other players don't get enough credit.
