Not a classic but if this is "the worse game I have ever seen" perhaps you should get to more games......somewhere!

 

With regard to "taking off our two main strikers" I seem to recall that bringing Amos on against Averly resulted in a further three goals in the last ten mins.

 

"Occasional" supporters are always welcome, perhaps next season you will grace us with your presence at the start of the season; not when we are top expecting to see an exhibition game.

 

Not to tread on treeboys toes but I think you should have said "worst"

yup, we are very negative, top of the league by 8 points, semi finals of the ESC, best defensive record in ALL leagues and on goal difference 7th in All leagues.

must have been frustrating for the neutrals today. top of the table clash, been some fckn ace football played from both sides all season...

hornchurch have nothing to prove. we're 8 points clear of...

2nd place harlow.

pressure was on the away team, as far as the league goes, the urchins are happy with the progress-halting shared point.

if the neutrals were not entertained, perhaps they were slightly shallow to expect entertainment.

come on...

oh come all ye neutrals, glory hunting vampires

It wasn't the best game for the neutrals, but a great result for us in the championship hunt. And that, Mr Hunt is what it's all about. Please don't tell me that football supporters want glorious football at the expense of results, it's kack. We want to win every game, and play goot stuff, but it aint always possible and I would just say that we were resilient at the back and didn't get much of a run of the ball up front.

 

1 point against our closest rivals, 8 pts clear. Thank you and good afternoon.
