Coachie INTERVIEWED

if you read carefully through the lines i haven't blamed any referee(they must actually love Coachie that doesn't give them as much hassle as some other managers) for our defeat against Clapton but only ourselves for not turning up in the first half, that's all.they have done to us what we have done to other teams. They were a young side the same as us with a new manager and wanted it more on the day.I don't think they deserved to win and on the balance of play a draw should have been a fairer result but football is not rocket science!

Maybe not this time but if you look back you will see that you have blamed players missing or bad decisions for lots of your defeats. I have never or will never use a forum to suggest what i have or have not achieved as that is not for me to say.Hullbridge are lying in 12th place above all the clubs that they should be above.A top half finish as you suggested and even a top five position is a long way off, even though everyone would have to agree that progress has been made your and position is where 90% of supporters would have placed you before the season began. This point is being made as i can still recall last season, and some of this, when you were far to quick to let everyone know what you were going to achieve and how you were going to stuff it down peoples throats. In the football world i am a nobody but like everyone else on here i have and will sometimes voice my opinion.Mentioning yourself in the same brackett as premiership managers is somewhat laughable and suggesting that you are something of a coaching pioneer is even more comical. We are all learning as players and coaches and i personally will continue to do so.I realise that some of your comments are also tonque in cheek but cannot help but cringe sometimes when you want to put eveyone to rights with certain issues.I mean you no harm with these comments and you have every right to say `who the feck does he think he is`for which i will accept. But as i said before let your players do your talking.

cider, better you stick to babysitting matey.from day one the only thing you have done is criticising my person.i would suggest that if you don't like it what you read just ignore my posts as from now on, for certain i will ignore yours. From your sarcastic words i can see that you are what i call, the kind of coaches a la" colin reid"arrogant ones that haven't got any respect whatsoever for the people involved in non-league football. Please, stick to your Haven Holidays and don't bother me anymore.I haven't got time for people like you..go and join the tampa bay coaching team permanently.

People who know me in Non league football also know that i admire and respect lots of people involved in the running and coaching of numerous clubs and various levels..They are the ones who are not egotistic and the ones who have things to shout about but don`t.

addios.
