Ha Ha, Hookey jnr is not looking for work thanks, he's happy at West Ham's FITC.

Coach I assumed you were a Level 3 (UEFA 'B') as you had worked at Southend Utd. I thought that was the minimum for an Academy or Centre of Excellence!

cider, coachie is "allenatore di terza categoria" in italy, thing that you can only dream about it..especially with the limited knowledge you have got of the master latin language alkCider, mediocre coaches like you, wouldn't pass the selection criteria, let alone the final exam.just to put the record straight with you, tilly took me to sufc and i didn't even have level 1!i passed all the exams at level 2 and when i was supposed to pass the level 3 exam,my wife was 7 months pregnant with twins and couldn't attend it.now the fact that someone like tilly took a fecking italian coach without any english licence on board to coach his youngsters, speaks volumes for "coachie" and is enough to shut the gob up to a "miles behind coach"like yourself. When you'll go and coach the italian youngsters at a professional club in Italy without holding any qualification valid in that country, then you can come back and talk to me.ciao cider applause2 smirk

Alas i am beaten.Coachie your words struck deep into the ticker of the cidarian one.Just for the record every man and his dog was asked to go to the SUFC but refused to work for minimum wage.

The progress from those days has taken you from one of `TILLYS` ARMY` to hullbridge. Some may say that you are the only coach in Essex to be progressing down the ladder, but i feel that you must have something up your sleeve, maybe another reserve job somewhere out there those intervews must of reached out to some director of Football somewhere.Good luck dear friend until you munch oops sorry we meet again keep the faith and keep biting. Cider.

how pathetic is that? :/this is the fella that is advertising on a fans forum for a level 2 coach to go and see games at the week-end. at week-ends, if you have got nothing to do come to coachie house and learn from the real "pioneer" that 14 years ago(well before all the wenkers, vialli, benitez, mourinho has come to this desolate land forgotten by the football Gods to show muppetts like you how football should be coached.I can get a babysitter to do the job you do and she will do better than you and all the charlatans that are robbing the poor kids in this country.I notice that as i expected you haven't shown me anything to prove that you have coached in the land of the real "world champions".Well,i don't know what they could do with an incompetent like ya in my home country alkarrivederci cider, you must be a sad person after all. bandit

yeah,i can see it..only third world countries football wise.the Hullbridge lab is going well matey.as i said time ago,we'll go through highs(barking, concord, barkingside) and lows(clapton, beaumont) and steadily progress forward.it's only 11 months into a 3 years plan and you should know the first months are always the toughest ones.Once the kids become little man,we'll reap the rewards.i'm not rushing, patience and perseverance are the key. After all, even a critic like you must admit that Hullbridge have really improved compare to the last six years...

Not a critic and my coments were only tongue in cheek. You seem to be making a difference but let yourself down at times blaming officials for every game you don`t win.Normally teams who deserve to win usually do irrespective of bad decisions.Refs in the ESL have been poor for as long as i can remember (15-20 years)I find it odd that you judge progress by results as you well know performance is the key with young players.Let the Hullbridge babes do your talking instead of shouting the odds all the time.No offence meant just an observation by someone who has an opinion that you can listen to or ignor.CAIO.
