Weather update from "The smoke"

As said yesterday, I am about 15 miles from H&R so I will update you on what the weather has been like in anticipation for Saturdays match. We had a heavy frost last night and then had snow this morning which was light, and has now disappeared. There is very little snow on the ground, if any, as most of what was left from yesterday has thawed. Anything that is not sheltered (From trees etc)has definately gone. Despite the frost last night the ground is still soft. There is another frost expected tonight but only about 0 dgrees so not too heavy. No snow forcast for tomorrow so hopefully with the daytime temperatures a few degrees above 0 there is good chance that the game will go ahead at the weekend.
