As for your mini-rant please in future direct your complaints to those that prevent us from running trains in conditions like these(though to be honest I didn't think conditions were that bad these last couple of days). The people you need to vent your dissatisfaction at is Network Rail. They knew of the weather change & did nothing about it. We therefore have to take the blame for having unfit rails & not being able to run the trains whether it be on time or at all.Time this confusion by yourself & others was made known!
I realise your comments were made in half jest mode Frankie but sometimes the truth & the blame should be directed at those that bring about inconvenience to commuters & daytime passengers.Its not funny after a while when certain companies get blamed consistently when the true facts aren't known.Hopefully you will now be in the know more & leave off.Whether that be tongue-n-cheek or not!
