sky has us losing 5-0 with the last goal coming in the 70th minute. therefore looking on the bright side it is now 20 minutes since we last conceded a goal! surely that is something to work on!!

Wasnt there thank god, my text man said it was appalling we only had one decent shot and it seems 5-0 was a fair result.

It could have been a few more on top of that as well. Defensively we were all over the place this evening with Harrow having a lot of space on either flank, and later in the match, plenty of space right through the middle. A lot of work need to be done organising that back line, but that said, improvements needed all round.

 

The lads worked hard, but we looked very disjointed with no real shape this evening.

The players are giving it their all and I can't fault them for it but we just aren't good enough to even compete with the very ordinary teams like Harrow and Leyton.

We got off to an awful start that just kept getting worse. Game was over after 15 minutes. Still, well done to the lads who kept going for another 75 very cold minutes and well done to the supporters for staying till the end.

 

Trips to Heybridge and Horsham next week should be more fun but I'll be there making noise and I hope plenty more will be doing the same. It might be a very long time before we get to visit these grounds again, so enjoy the season while it lasts
