Some groundhopping friends of mine were fearing the worst at half time (i.e. a long night) and asked me to have a word with the referee to request a last minute penalty if the scores were still level. As I knew the referee and one of the linos, I went down to say hello to them and jokingly informed my friends that the last minute penalty had been "sorted". Naturally, they were delighted when he actually gave a last minute penalty and I should be alright for drinks for a few weeks now.

287! thats an excellent crowd, must be your biggest for a while? I just noticed on the mito site that you got 170 for your game on Saturday with St Mags, is that a derby? did they bring many fans? What do you think the crowd will be our game with you next month?, I would imagine it will be the biggest in the SSML to date, and could be more then 200

 

Were there a lot of Barnet fans there last night? or neutrals? I must admit that Hertford have good support, hopefully we can catch up soon. We should get a decent gate tonight I hope

St Mags is our local derby now - there were 130 at their place when we played there. Barnet must have brought at least 100 last night, but there were a few hoppers as well.

 

We should get well over a hundred on Feb 17th, but it depends how many you bring.

Thanks for clearing that up, we should bring around 40-50 I hope so anyway, that of course includes players friends and family
