here we go..two months later,a lot of things have happened and a lot of water under the BRIDGE.Christmas has come and santa klaus have granted my wishes.three nice first team regulars back from long term injuries and a lanky striker that seems to walk on water.thanks father christmas Clapton,Stansted and Eton Manor have new managers in place.I welcome GAFFA who i met at a first aid refresher course in Chelmsford,last summer.KIRK WHITELOCK has left Eton Manor and i was really sorry to hear those news.All the best Kirk and good luck to the appointed manager Graham Chester.But the main news have been the forum layout change,over the christmas period.i have got to say i struggled at first but i'm finally getting to grips with it.After christmas the forun looked really dead and only the keenness and dedication of the forum hookers have helped the forum to get going again.well done COUP,SMALLSY,KAISER,HOOKEY,CRFCBOSS,ONEBREAST and all the others.On the footie front,the Concord friends managed to get level on points(altough with more games played) to a Brentwood side that dropped few points before christmas.well done SUPERSIXI,CRFCBOSS,BIG D,ONEBREAST,OGGERS,JJ and keep going because this year the ESL is really more levelled-out than ever.Romford,Barking,Barkingside are all there or thereabout and the likes of sawbridgeworth,Burnham ramblers,Bowers will have a say in it.teams like Basildon,Eton Manor and Southend manor are also sides that can take points off anyone.So happy days LEAGUE CHAIRMAN!New characters have appeared on the forum:one has really struck me and his forum name is BEESWAX or beeser like they call him.I hope he decides to open a forum for Basildon utd,one of the very few ESL teams left without a forum.Come on Beesewax! we'll baptsise your forum,not to worry about! On the Cups front,Burnham KAISER reached the fa vase 4th round,after stuffing the pride of the eastern counties,WROXAM, only to lose yesterday at home to a STREET side! Well done Monk and co,you have been a credit to the ESL I went on the Eastern Counties forum to defend the ESL pride from the posh Ridgeons fans and that resulted in a pre-season friendly to be played at hullbridge next summer,against a ridgeons counties XI with the proceedings going to charity thanks to CRFCBOSS, Smallsy and KAISER for the support in dealing with our neighbours.SUBLOASSASIN has changed his name for the fourth time becoming JIMMYCHEESE ,more appropriate for his abysmal season where so far has only scored 3 goals(two against us! ).keep going James and when the loan deal at s.manor will expire ,i have got a special position ready made for you...centre half! i reckon you can play up to a conf level,in that position DEF5 has joined Brentwood,hoping to put himself on the shop window.well done Johnny!I have always been a fans of yours,since the first day i saw you playing in a cold saturday afternoon at gardiners close,at the age of 17 Lady KATTYAN is becoming very popular with all the ESL fans and she gets my vote for "Woman of the year in the ESL" Also BBOY barkingside are slowly getting closer to the top of the table so the Taylors family efforts might be rewarded this year! My Romford friends are also on the high and COUP,TRUEBLUEGOLD,ZODY,CLOCKSIDER,MCP,PINKY are all excited and looking forward to a top finish coupled with a cup final(that won't stop Hellbridge coming to your place and get the 3 points )Bowers are now realising what it means having important players out and no strength in depth.however SMALLSY,HOOKEY and BLANCHFLOWER are keeping the team morale up with their 24 hours non stop contribution to the forum.Even that gentleman mr BOYCIE has posted on the forum! And finally the ESL scandal of the year:Brentwood town plays a suspended player against Bowers and gets away with it! uhmm...i know there is a divine justice ,up there somewhere and one day will present you with the bill to pay we at the BRIDGE welcome the hard working Brentwood Town,tuesday night at lower road and we'll have all the honest ESL sides morally supporting us..I can assure that you won't like a single bit
