The League are not amused at this dubious " reporting " in the Non League Paper and yet another example of this appeared in todays copy as mentioned on this thread. I happened to mention my concerns in my report at the League meeting on Wednesday so it is minuted I can assure you. Our clubs are now fully aware of how this happens ( Media do not speak to a designated club official ) and I hope that Neil Fissler will return as soon as possible as he always speaks to me on a Saturday night to clarify information received direct from clubs - its not funny folks, in fact, its pathetic... whoops, I don't often do "my nut" but this is embarrassing for the League !

Hi Robert. I too find it all rather childish personally. I will be in touch with the powers that be and get them to deal direct with you in future. Please confirm if this is okay.

I normally scan the report when it comes in and check for literals and other errors, but obviously have no control over any match report content. Apologies to all concerned, but as has been said, all rather pathetic really.

Whoever is responsible, we may only play at Step Five, but it is still SENIOR not fantasy football.

I would like to apologise on behalf of the club unfortunately the paper spoke to someone in the bar saturday and not a club official.

I have spoken to the person who gave the info and assured him that he was defo not man of the match.

Sorry.
