the urchin under 18's beat upminster park wanderers today 3-2 at the Bridge to go into the quarter final of the essex under 18's county cup...

 

our under 13's play their county cup quarter final at maldon next sunday..

ITV are doing a documetary on violance in youth football, most of the problems come from the family's.

Agreed.....Some of the antics of the parents was shocking but i think that was due to the dubious penalty for the winner !!

 

Hope the goalkeeper is ok, looked to be limping quite heavily towards the end !

when's it on the TV Nette, I think we should all make a point and make sure we watch it with the child that plays to see what they think whilst playing, my son hates it when it kicks off, just wants to play his footie, my guess is most of the players do on both sides aswell.

the parents were a disgrace and i only saw about 15 minutes of the game,parents get wound up more than the kids playing because they were such failures themselves!!

Very true.

I've seen parents fighting each other while their sons are shaking hands.

Parents attacking the ref was also bad.

I certainly wouldn't ref at any level.
