Yes I did go and believe from talking to other fans that they did charge extra for parking

It's up to you really. You can park in a safe place where you know you're not in any risk. Or you can park outside and be at the risk of vandalism, theft, and whatever else. We all know walthamstow aint the nicest of places in the world. Even if you dont want to pay and would rather park outside, it's not fair to give the man on the gate a right earful when all he's doing is helping out the club.

That's a bit of a risky statement - I don't think that you can guarantee that, unless you provide personal keepers for all of the cars !!!

When I got there the bloke at the gate wanted £2 to park so I offered him the £20 note I had, at which point he said he had no change and just let us in. And when we got in the car park was half full. So what happened to all their £2's? Hmmm.... Also, we got our seats in the stand before the bloke came round and stuck the "£1 to sit down" sign up! Does seem a bit of a rip-off really.

With the car park there's about 3 other games using it, they dont have to pay, and if you get in before the bloke on the gate pops up then you're alright aint you! You wouldnt belive the amount of stick being given out on that gate. We've had "i hope you go broke" and "There's no wonder you only get 3 fans!" to mention but a few.

 

We're not going to be able to bring any more fans in, so why not just use the ones we've got?

With that attitude, you're going to lose them as well.

You just don't get it do you. People will only come as long as they don't feel as though they're being ripped off - which obviously your locals are.
