The ESL'S hands have been tied on this matter, in a decision however flawed made by the FA'S appeal commission is final and binding on all parties. There was an administrative error at the County level that Brentwood capitalized on. They now have to live with themselves over this issue whilst the rest of us law abiding folk go about our sport in the right and proper way.

and secondly that is an absolute rubbish decision at the very least the game should be replayed which is what happend when kevin harvey played at brentwood for romford whilst suspended

FC Risden had 2 points deducted because they played a player whoose registration the League had finalised yet Hatfield Heath received no punishment for playing a player that was suspended in 3 matches.....

Kevin Harvey played because Romford were wrongly informed by the f.a. over his suspension. Romford were then fined and made to play the game again! Nobody brushed it under the carpet for them!

The harvey thing annoys me as we were wrongly informed though no fault of our own had to replay the match whereas brentwood claim ignorance to callum suspension should get the same punishment
