The importance of Tonbridge

Their next eight games are Billericay, Chelmsford ,Bromley, Wimbledon, Ramsgate and then us. They then play East Thurrock then Heybridge.

 

Looks like they will have a bearing on the table over the next 8 weeks

Jon Main is again banging the goals in (a hat-trick yesterday). Excuse the obvious pun but I think he could be their main man! If he stays in fine form he could take valuable points away from our rivals!

 

Who knows, maybe Bitch will come on to support me in singing his praises!

According to this week's Tonbridge local paper, Ian Hilaire has just signed for the Angels from Heybridge, so was a bit surprised to see him scoring on his debut for Chatham on Saturday. Appears he did come on a a sub in one of Tonbridge's games last week, so not sure what happened to make him move on so soon.

It could well be that many of us will be supporting Ramsgate in their home games against Bromley,Chelmsford and hampton !!

 

Having sais that, Ramsgate could be a serious threat again, as nearly all the remainder of their away games are against teams in the lower half of the division.
