Cannot believe the ref DIDNT send off the player for the lunge at SCS. Scott had the ball in two hands and a horrific lunge to the chest from Worthing number 5. It was totally blatant ! I have played and watched hundreds of games (as we all have) and it was joke that he was allowed to stay on the pitch !!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Anyway good win boys, back on top where we belong !!!!!!!

Stud marks there certainly were, but Trotty said that it was a 50-50, Scotty spilled the ball, and the player had the right to go after it.

Could not see from where I was standing, at the other end, and Scotty was not visible behind the player in question.

It's all about intent and how the ref sees it unfortunately - could the assistant not see it clearly?

Perhaps he did. We are obviously going to see it as a black foul, because we support the team, and are concerned for Scotty.

But as I said I was up the other end, so they would have had a better view than me.

The bloke that climbed all over Proths should have gone though.
