Sorry to bring this to the fore again but i feel on reflection that i need to put my bit across

 

What was a joke posted by myself yesterday got out of hand with others getting involved that should not of.

A statement was made that i have never backed the person involved, This could never be further from the truth as he and his school mates walked into our club and asked us to take them on six years ago and i duly did starting a new team and putting one of our committee members in place as there manager a certain Mr Crace.

I personnally kitted them out and paid for all equipment required as at the time i had just taken over the club and it was nearly bankrupt.

Most of those boys have gone on to play 1st team football for our club and others also at ryman level.

When i took over the club there was no kids teams and the club was on its knees, It now is in the best financial position it has ever been in and provides football to over 300 kids in our area.

 

I have personally put many thousands into getting the club into this position and am very proud at what we have acheived over the last six to seven years winning many honours at all levels.

 

So for someone to come on here who knows nothing about me or football (David Clarke = Referee)

And call me a disgrace over a bit of banter witch his brother actually started on another forum.

Slagging concord players and committee members

was a little bit over the top.

 

Hopefully this will be the end of it.

 

Mr Clarke as ive said before my door is allways open if you would like to discuss further.
