Your opinions - Official and Trust websites

Tom

Recommended Posts

Myself and Matt would like some ideas on what you would like to see included or changed on the Official and Trust websites.

Do you think the Trust website is worth keeping?

What would you like to see on the Trust site?

Are there areas of the official site you would like to see expanded on?

Are there any bad or pointless parts of the site you think need removing?

Would you like to get involved?

Your opinions are welcome.

BR, the Trust email address on the site is directed at a member of the board of the Trust to pick up which was covered on another thread on here.

Tom/Matt, on your next update on the Trust site, I would suggest adding in your email addresses on there for site related questions.

OK, i think it would be good to have a historical time line with some of the stuff the Trust have achieved - with web links where possible to articles.

A small write up of the opening night (such as who was there, people like Terry Reardon)

The walk to Worthing (BFR wrote a great article about this which is on the STFC website)

The interview with Ian about the Harrow walk - with an update about how many took part and how much was raised.

The elections - why the Trust stood, the election leaflets, the results and any press coverage

The sponsoring of the youth team - in fact they should have they own write up/link if possible.

Think it would also be good to be linked to other supporter trust sites such as the Dons Trust, FC United, Enfield Town etc - at least to their history section.

I'll also try and find some good articles about Trusts/Supporters Direct/What can be achieved etc to add to the links.

All good ideas, and certainly the youth team bit is something I want to see up there. We'll crack on with this in the very near future.

BR, if you find anything good or feel like writing something for the site, feel free to pass it on.
