I wouldn't worry too much as I heard it was a local league Saturday team coming over en masse with their manager.

I am the man you are talking about! I have joined Stansted and have taken a few of my current squad with me alongside a few other players that have played at this level already for other teams....However we are playing the reserve team fixture at Canvey this weekend and the 1st team will be using the same players as previous weeks.

 

Hopefully sooner rather than later I will be making the step up to the 1st team and we can try and resurrect something from this season.

TBH only been invlolved from in one training session so far and from what I saw there is only 1 or 2 that are good enough for this level. Neither of them were called Alfie though...
