Is the game likely to be on with all the rain we've had over the last couple of days.

I was down the club last night and there were puddles in the usual places.

 

The plan was providing there was no rain during the night, which I don't think there was that much, then the groundstaff should be able to clear the water.

 

Should it rain during today then it is looking very doubtful.

As of 11am today the game would be on barring any major downpours. At the moment the wind is keeping the rain away but the forecast is for rain during the day. I'll be keeping an eye on how things progress and update on here if anything changes.

I'm keeping everything crossed - it seems like an age since I last saw the red and green goal machine!

I remember the red and green bit, but I missed the Hanwell game so "goal machine" is long gone from memory.
