Oxhey were unhappy that Hertford influenced the referee to call a halt to the game, citing the fact that the visitors were missing 5 players as the real reason. Hertford had looked comfortable up to half time, and indeed, had it not been for the glue like mud in the goalmouth, Panayiotis Panayiotou would have put them 2-1 up on halftime with a close range effort which literally stuck in the mud!

An interesting point which sounds somewhat familiar, did you leave the ground unscathed.
