Where did you get that information from Mike? I checked the FA website, but the only reference to Steven Cook was that he was an Assistant referee at the National Game England v Netherlands European Challenge trophy match at the end of November. He couldn't have been too out of favour to get that post so soon after the St Albans game. Please produce some evidence of him being "banned".

got banned for a match or 2, somebody at st albans told me on the monday morning after the game when i was up there.
