Following Margate’s 1-1 Boxing Day draw with Thanet rivals Ramsgate, the Blues welcome Folkestone Invicta for another intriguing derby clash in the Ryman League Premier Division this Saturday.

 

Games against Folkestone tend to be entertaining affairs with both sides looking to “play football”, and a home win could take the Blues to the top of the table for the New Year.

If it had not been for the Ramsgate game, this would have been the local derby that had our mouths watering this season. I am rather looking forward to it.
