An entertaining first half. Urchins dominant in the first 25 minutes and the Gulls had the last 20 minutes, creating quite a bit of pressure.

 

We are not closing them down quickly enough. Canvey are very good coming forward and we are giving them the space.

 

Colin is not best pleased and will no doubt convey his thoughts to the lads during the break.

Just had a blatant penalty turned down. Obvious hand ball in the Canvey area.

 

We are pressing hard. Two Canvey players are man-marking Mark Janney and trying to give him as little space as possible. Even so, Mark is working very hard (as usual) and just attempted to chip the 'keeper. Wasn't far off the mark.
