Its called "geeing up the players" Ian". You should try it sometimes.Your club could be so much bigger if you gave them credit & encouraged them more than you do at present.Its easy AFTER the event.Why not try doing it BEFORE the event! Try to concentrate on your own club rather than concentrating on your opponents.

Encouragement no matter how good the team is on their day dosen't hurt in anyway whatsoever.

Are you going to the game today or do YOU need a GUIDE to get you there? I doubt you can remember where the ground is can you? At least Rob Butler goes along & supports in person,reguarly.(Don't fret Rob I'm not going to get carried away with too many compliments for you) l.o.l.
