I am going to be shortly grabbing the database from here to import into the new software.

 

This means once I do any posts made will appear here, but will NOT appear on the new software. I can't get around this, as the import will take 9-12 hours (maybe longer)

 

I will then configure the forums and software up tomorrow morning - with a view to be totally live some point late morning, early afternoon.

That should have improved on 50% of the nights allready. The new software should be quicker as well - but until everyone is logged on I cannot tell. I do envisage one or two minor issues - but nothing too major.
