Matches NOT postponed this weekend

Recommended Posts

Just been down to the ground to check it out, and do a little light work in the goalmouths. Fog will be the only reason for postponement. Today you could see right across the pitch at 2pm - reckon ref will have to travel (from Buckingham, how do they do it???) and he'll hav eto start, unless it's much worse than today.

Sticky in goalmouth's, so

HONEST HORACE'S odds for first penalty "won"

Ryno EVENS

Coops 11/10 ON

Any Colney Heath player who gets within chopping distance of Drapes 100/8

PMSL!
Merry Christmas Krooner, to you and all at Krooner Park.
Wouldn't you just love to be the lino at the Stable End tomorrow when Draper delivers one of his celebrated "haymakers" in the box?

Hoddesdon Town v Kentish Town is definitely on tomorrow according to the Lowfield Club so anyone who fancies a beer I'll see them in the bar afterwards when hopefully we'll be celebrating being top of division 1 at Christmas, Slade, Cliff Richard and The Move style, Horace will probably remember Bing Crosby's White Christmas!

See my earlier post, if you can guarantee a snog then I'll do my best to get over to Potters Bar from Hoddesdon between 7 and 8, does anybody know the quickest way by public transport.

Virtually impossible Rhodes - You'd have to walk a mile and a half to Broxbourne station - train to Tottenham Hale - then Finsbury Park for train to Potters Bar. And then 2/3 of a mile at the other end. Should take about 3 hours!

Really, well see you there then but what about your new man, won't he have something to say about it. How come you were at Horace's tonight, you can't have been up to much if you were both on here, there must have been other things to do.

Thanks but are there no bus routes, I didn't think it was that far, how much is it likely to be in a cab.

Thought the chairman and that other fella were coming down too. Dont they drive???

I'm not sure, the Chairman drives but it depends on which way the wind is blowing with him and I don't think he particularly wants to meet Potters Bar Town following the terrible abuse he received on here, the great one doesn't normally bring his car but I'll try to sort something out if I can. Perhaps one of the guys from here like Maldini, Blues06 or NeutralFan will give me a lift if they're at Hoddesdon but it sounds like they're up for a heavy session unless they have a tea total chauffeur in tow.

By that you presumably mean "when is he going to respond to my e-mail?".

Er don't you mean the great one, Takumi plays for Hendon. Yes likewise, it was great to see you in the flesh at long last, thanks for the snog, it was really enjoyable. I wasn't impressed by Potters Bar Town just going off like that without a word were you, perhaps he felt he was playing gooseberry.
