Im afraid that is nonsense coachie... as Del told me I had a good game Saturday, possibly my best...

As for missing my Xmas Party... trust me... it was vital that I went last night.....

 

The Xmas party was not just my work colleagues. Our agency had invited pretty much every media owner, and representative from our suppliers to this party.

People I speak to, and deal with day in, day out, on the phones, etc.

There was about 150 people there, and only 35 from our agency. It was a good opportunity to put names to faces, and have a good chat with all my contacts...

As our agency is not based in London, I cannot travel to London every day to visit a different media owner...

 

Football is very important to me... and I love playing for Burnham at the moment...

But this would have dented my chance of doing well in my job. As it would have seen as if I was not interested in what I do, and more interested in playing part-time, semi professional football, for nowhere near as much as I earn now... (have you seen my bank account smallsy? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />)

 

I think you lot should understand now, that it was important I went to my Work Xmas Party...

If you don't, then I don't care really... I shouldn't even have to explain it to you... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bootyshake.gif" alt="" />
