league officials.as you know i come from a different football culture and i'm a whinging person(a la arsene).but really what i cannot understand is that a game between hullbridge and a team from basildon is given to a basildon referee!to me this is unconceivable <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />it should be someone from brentwood or romford or southend <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />now i know that referee since he was a 14 years old kid and saturday he had a poor game.To me the referee shouldn't come from the same place as one of the two teams,as simple as that!it cost us the game and if i didn't know him i could think he was biased <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />the question is:what's the selection criteria for esl games regarding referees allocation?i'm not moaning just wanna know.any league officials that could help with that? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

he had such a good game that he didn't want to listen to his assessor after the game <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bigshock.gif" alt="" />i had him at concord when he was 14-15 and was a tough centre-half invented forward with an eye for goals.he had a really bad injury and took up refereeing.Altough i think he didn't have the best of games i still like him <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/bisou.gif" alt="" />hi Glen <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
