Nah, can't be Stevenage. Couldn't keep up with feeding the 50p coins in the meter to keep the lights running. Also it's a picture of a house and not a tower block.

We drove past there deliberately to take a photo the other night and it was all switched off!

 

It's about time someone knocked on their door and asked them to move to one of the tackier Herfordshire towns where they will fit in.
