In our league, I would say (from those seeen so far) the best efforts are WGC (nice cover and had the match date and team printed on the cover, lots to read) Tring's is pretty good as well.



I'd agree that WGC's is the best I've seen so far, with a very good layout. Tring probably 2nd - though a few too many ads and no articles / quizzes. Both had match details on the front and teams on the back.

This why I try to write articles and add a quiz/ jokes, or something like that, at least it gives the reader something to read.

 

I think a good programme at our level should have, fixtures/results/line up page/ match report page or latest games/league table/ articles that give the reader something to read about the club and some light hearted fun like quiz / jokes

 

Pictures would be a bonus at our level, and would make the programme look more professional.

 

I do like it when teams have the date and opposistion on the front page and line ups on the back.

Whilst I agree that PBT might possibly be accused of jeopardising points in the past to predict against Kentish Town, on this match the score is, so far:
Hoddesdon Town 11, Kentish Town 2, with 4 going for the draw. They're not all doing it just to upset you Rhods!

Horace - Potters Bar Town predicted sensibly last week for the first time and got the result right and I applauded him for that, now he has gone silly again just because he has a bee in his bonnet about the Club and can't let go.

No, it's not silly this week. Ten other predictors agree with him. If there was a book on it, based on the predictions made, it would be ODDS ON Hoddesdon. They are coming up on the rails, Rhodes, watch out!

I have to say Potters Bar Town 1 Canvey Island 3 based on your rich vein of form at present and Potters Bar worryingly dropping like a stone to fourth from bottom. Well surely I will be allowed in for nothing, it's a big pay day for you afterall with over 100 thirsty Canvey Island supporters coming up so it's not that another £8 will make much difference. I'll buy a programme and you and Paula a Christmas drink, I can't say fairer than that can I.
