Can't beleive there isn't a thread in anticipation of ths one!

Really Bargain Hunters.

If anyone could post a Geoffrey Boycott style match report i'd be greatfull.

Is that spawn of the devil Mike Broadley still connected with that squlid little Buckinghamshire club? If so he can be assured of hot reception should he have the guts to show up at the meadow saturday. Could set a stag meadow all-time record for the most amount of abuse hurled at one individual (record currently held by Tony Boot after refusing to leave the pitch after geting sent off for Sl*ugh Town)

Need i say more?

I would have to say that Wayne [****!!****]lin took more individual abuse that glorious day at Maidenhead
A name purely designed for abuse surely!!

You know thats a good shout. [****!!****]lyn for taking abuse after an abject defeat against the sh*tty mags or Tony Boot for a crime sheet including that side-footed penalty for windsor against sl*ugh, leaving windsor to sign for sl*ugh, playing like a thug for slough against windsor, and giving it large to Windsor suppoprters from the subs bench before refusing to leave the pitch after a red card.

It's a tough call but for me Mr Boot justs edges in a stewards enquiry. As it's xmas though my i call Mr(s) [****!!****]lyn and Noad a bunch of useless _____, though to be fair to them the team they inherited was pish, the clubs off the field affairs were pish and at least Wayne [****!!****]lyn had the personality to take the p out of himself on BBC 2's fantasy football league.

If only you tube was invented back in the day of that maidenhead game so we could savour again that delicious Mark Franks left-footed curler. A peach of a finish from a windsor legend 10 years passed his peak, but a finish that caught the eye like a big green traingle in jar-of-quality street-of-a-team Wayne [****!!****]lyn put together.

Lord we were truely thnkfull which was evident in two dozen Windsor fans celebrating so passionatley that the surge broke the wall onto the pitch.

*gets down on one knee and says to Mark Franks, we're not worthy, we're not worthy, we're not worthy*

I don't think the team [****!!****]lyn inherited was that bad, his mistake was bringing over the Staines reserve side and making them the Windsor 1st eleven.

I remember that day at Maidenhead, Windsor fans baying for blood outside the changing rooms.

Mark Franks = Legend. My favourite Franks memory was the same season against Maidenhead at home, with Windsor playing virtually the whole game down to 10 men being totally outplayed then with about 5 mins remaining Franks attacked a hopeless cross into the box which he had no chance of getting anywhere near, he then hit the deck like he had been shot with nobody near him earning Windsor a penalty which he duly despatched causing mayhem on the slippery grass banks and earning the Royalists a unlikely 1-0 win in the process. Must have been the last Win that season.

THANKS FOR THE MEMORY'S MARK, YOU WERE/ARE A LEGEND!

Oh yes, yet another chapter From the Mark Franks scrapbook of quality. A thoroughly listless game against the sh*tty mags brought to life by so fast thinking by the living legend.

Franks went down like a strucken racehorse in the Grand National, and the Berks and Berks cup ref bought it hook line and sinker. Franks grinning like a cheshire cat duested himself down and arrogantly stroked it home igniting drug-free euphoria down the park end.

Probably the last time windsor actually beat the sh*ty mags in any competition, an incredible thought given the players we've had at the club since and an honourable mention has to go to the late Sid Evans who put up "battle of the borough signs" outside the ground to greet the paying masses.
