I don`t care about any of the cups we are left in but i guess i`m in the minority and i`m sure John Batch will want to progress in the competition, i would have thought we would field a mixture of first X1 and reserves when the game comes around.

witham had 5 first team regs and the rest were fringe players. they had a strong wind behind them 1st half and we came in 1-1 at HT. then we played the wind better in the second half and pretty much bossed the game.

 

the pitch last night was atrocious and i dont think witham really fancied it. will be nice to come and have a game at canvey as we do try to play football but struggle on our home playing surface.

 

will be a good game over canvey (for us more then you id imagine) and looking forward to see when it is arranged for.

Witham were poor when they played us so i`m not that suprised you turned them over. Our pitch is still playing well despite the recent bad weather and will hopefully stay that way which at least gives teams a chance to play football.
