New beginings at Hornchurch

So UU has given up his role at the helm of Hornchurch FC, and Jen is to follow him out of the door in a week or so.

 

I’m sure Jen will be devastated as Hornchurch Fc was her passion; I genuinely wish her well and admire her loyalty.

 

I hope that AFC Hornchurch can avoid the fall out that UU allludes to when he speaks of his hic-up and window business’s, they deserve better.

 

Good luck to the Urchins and their fans, and let’s hope that 2007 is the start of a new and untroubled future.

TC,i know you know karl and jen so can i ask,is jen going as it states on the original post from uncle that she will remain with the club???

I've not spoken with him for a while, so I don't know for sure.

I read it as she was staying short tem and in the New Year, new people would arrive/be elected?

He also stated that time was a big issue and he wanted to spend more time with jen and the family.
So if he goes and she stays, I would have thought that would equal less time together?

perhaps jen will be at the club tonight, I’m sure she will clarify if you ask her

Surprised at your comments Steve as in fact I feel exactly as Unc does, its time to take a back seat. We are both passionate about our club and will remain so. For my part I shall remain Club Secretary and a Director and shareholder and shall also work a couple of days per week on the admin side of things. For his part he can pay to get in and watch.! It didn't surprise me at all in respect of 'my passion,' just you saying that I was 'devastated,' which I am not at all, just proud to have accompaneid others on a wonderful journey over the past 5 years or so. As for Jonno, well he already is groundsman number one as Unc has already swerved that particluar function now its cold and wet.
