No as it may mean that they chose the wrong option when someone is in a better position to score.

 

Maybe a shared goal bonus scheme for the whole team would be better?

Money is always nice but it's never changed the way I've played in game, I'll give the same whether reward is on offer or not... the reward on offer might decide at which club mind you!

when i used to play money never changed me from giving 100% or trying my best, but sometimes when having an off day you need that something extra to keep you going, a bonus therefore can be a good thing when the chips are down to want to score for your team but also for yourself!

Yeah it was quality mate. back in training tonight, gonna be so unfit (whats new).......

 

got some goals to score in the second half of the season way behind on the bet with my bro he has made it 8-0 now.......

Stansted WERE pretty poor! Keeper had a gut bigger than mine, but made at least 6 quality saves. Wide right player was 16 and called Alfie Potter - scored two high quality goals late on - while we were "experimenting". If we had kept the first half formation, we would have won by 12 or more!
