Yep, I know what you mean. Take Alan Shearer. Without heading and finishing ability, a powerful shot from free kicks and accurate penalty-taking, he was crap.

I think Rob Howarth is a good shout, he would also add a new dimension in the good looks department and give a certain Charlie Mac a run for his money.

 

As for Henry being rubbish, with no pace I think you clearly have been out having some Christmas cheer a little early.

 

No pace is someone like Dead sorry Dean Holdsworth, believe me I saw him trying to run on Saturday.

What about his dead-balls, his flair, his first touch and his ability to make a goal out of nothing? I'm by no means an Arsenal fan, but take the two goals, vs Man Utd 2001, where he flicked it up then volleyed it in, and the goal against Charlton last year or the year before, where he was being makred by about three players but managed to score by backheeling it into the net. Pace is a big part of his game, but without it he'll still do magic on the pitch.
