i'd ban all silver cars on a wednesday.

I'd ban all pensioners and pushchairs from the town centre on Saturdays.

 

Old folk and unemployed single mums are all more than capable of buying their veg on a Wednesday.

I've just read a quick summary of the proposed plans. Surely, it makes sense to charge people for when and how far they drive!

 

I can't see what the problem is.

i think there should be some sort of streamlining of the pavements. Bit like the bus lane 'system'

for grafters/tax payers etc etc

They go during the week as well, Laz. You will find them in the queue at lunchtimes in Banks and Post Offices.

Most traveling to football is on a Saturday and for longer journeys it is outside conjested areas.

That'll make it cheaper than the car-tax and fuel duty surely!
