A fairly even contest with Tilbury fielding a team of first team squad players and ressies. Brentwood also had a fair mixture but they did have Griffiths, Cowley, Tiffen, Hardingham and Dennis among their numbers. Eric Manangu gave Tilbury a half time lead with Brentwood's equaliser coming from Carl Griffiths, capitalising on some sloppy defending.

Reverse fixture due sometime early in the new year.

Yeah, Jerry played the full 90, Jonesy wasn't involved last night but he did bag a brace on Saturday, in a 2-3 away win at Wingate & Finchley.

I think he just felt comfortable playing in the ressies and wasn't concerned about progression...
