No they have pretty much average facilities for Sussex County. Not the greatest facilities around the County. Clubhouse is ok, large, bit bare but better than a lot.

Best facilities? Hmmmm Eastbourne Town (still in the Vase), Three Bridges (still in the Vase), also the two best supported clubs in County 1. Hassocks facilities are getting better year on year... ex club of Matthew Harding.

Most of the SSML clubs ground are very basic, with most having just one stand that doubles up as the clubhouse.

Edgware's ground is up to Ryman Prem standard, because we had wealdstone groundsharing with us for nine years, and they had to spend money to brin the ground up to standard.

I wish we had of drawn someone with biggerr support, but you have to take what you are given in cup draws.

I'm sure the importance of the occassion will bring out more people, especially the neutrals. I'd expect the home crowd to be somewhere around 200. How many will you take?

Thats not too bad then, we should bring around 50, we normally make up half of the attendace at away games this season.

 

We had a coach laid on for the game at Halstead, and we will have one for the trip to Brighton, as its not far and its the 4th round, I would say 50ish.

 

Keep me posted as to how Whitehawk are doing, have you played them yet, or will you before the 23rd of January when our game with them is planned?

Ok ... thats not bad, the atmosphere around the stand should be good then... it's not as far away from the pitch as might have been described. Should be a good game, I wish I could be there, but it's hard enough for me to catch Sussex football at the weekend now as it is! Hence pencilling in Haringey for Dec 23rd.

Yes the FA Trophy would be a good cup to be in, though it would be tough as all those qualifying rounds to get through, but you could get a draw at somewherel like Dartford which would be good to go to with their new ground.

What are the chances of promotion for Wembley this season? have you applied and have the leaders applied? Will more then one club be promoted?
