I thought we had already been down this silly road, would a man with six kids and a healthy sex life, albeit not quite five time a night Ralph Halpern fashion, be gay, somehow I don't think so!

didn't Barrymore himself start off batting for the home side? Bet your club psychologist could write a book about you!

Our psychologist is a Woman, did you know that, someone fairly similar to Eileen Dury actually who offers her services voluntarily.

do u pull the clueso face peter sellers style when u sniff a clue?? i dont have to be from east london to know that a cockney is a name given to somone born in sight of bow bells!! i was pointing out the fact that you have said camden locals only do their bit for your community football club....i was shocked to hear the word cockney used i would have thought it would be frowned upon in KTFC, a bit like you guys finding your own ground!!!

3praise - Well it's more than just coincidence that you happened to mention Bow Belles, nobody associates Bow Belles with the East End anymore just like they don't associate it with jellied eels, Roman Road market, Brick Lane and pearly kings and queens unlike in the good old days. There was more to your comment than met the eye that's for sure, also I thought all Londoners were widely known as 'Cockneys' even if they live in Sloane Square or Kensington.

What would the occupants of Albert Square have to say if they read your post!

And any north, south or west londoner that called themselves a cockney would be very ignorant. do i have it on good authority then that you would class yourself as a cockney? although most if asked about you would Erase the last three leters!!??

Seriously though all I'm trying to say is that Potters Bar Town is making a big issue over the whole matter and should just let it rest now as it's him who is being made to look silly

Don't think so. You're the one who got caught out being hypocritical. You're the one that frequently gets caught out contradicting themselves. You're the one that frequently gets found out lying about various matters. You're the one that makes insensitive comments in bad taste. You're the one who gets run of the mill SSML Div 1 matches completely out of context. You're the one that comes up with at least 50 ridiculous statements per month from which to select a quote of the month competition.

In short, Rhodes, the only person who frequently looks silly on this forum is you.

Rhodes - cockneys are, as I suspect you already know full well, born within the sound of Bow Bells. However, a quick question for you. Do you actually know where the Bow Bells are? (Clue: they are NOT in the east end of London)

Okay, so it looks like Rhodes has finally buggered off and left us all to a week's normality. Perhaps he will answer the question next Tuesday (although he now has a whole week to look up the answer!).

In the meantime, never fear. There are already plenty of quotes to run a quote of the month competition for December and I'm sure there'll be even more priceless jewels from him when he returns.

Potters Bar Town - Coming back to this thread following my weeks absence, aren't the original Bow Bells in Cheapside in the City, as you rightly point out not a lot of people know that and I wonder whether 3praise did although no doubt he will say so anyway.
