Millsy is still there and the rowlands! I cant see how we are where we are to be honest as we have been playing well but making mistakes where at that level you get punished! Cut them out and we will climb the table!

So what's the verdict then, if someone had just beamed down from the Moon or Mars I doubt they would have a clue who the Premiership Club was and who played at Step 6 going by coverage.

That's the sort of comment I would expect, all I'm trying to put across is that we get just as much coverage in the high profile Islington Gazette as well as the Camden Journal, if not more, than our illustrious neighbours.

I think he is possibly so screwed up mentally following his experience at Ruislip Manor that he doesn't know which way to turn and who can blame him.

The "great" Tommy Lambourne is giving up football! after seeing that his options had been reduced to playing in Div 1 with an unnamed team he opted out and hung up the famous size 12's black arm bands will be worn round the country next saturday to show football's loss!
Lato - I'm afraid that I'm still seeking clarification of the above statement from 3praise, as well as Dave Lambourne, before I will even consider making a retraction. If Lambourne has hung up his boots at the tender age of 20 it would appear to endorse my comments that he has been left mentally scarred by his experience at Ruislip Manor and a broken young man. All he ever wanted to do at Haringey Borough was play the beautiful game which he did week in week out and the Club was putty in his hands, no sooner did he leave for the delights of Grosvenor Vale than he is allegedly hanging up his boots so something is clearly not quite right and many questions are still left unanswered.

It looks very likely that he has now stopped playing and concentrating on his job as a tea boy - some say he learnt the trade from Rhodes but others say he is just happy to finally lift a real cup!

Well didn't Lambourne lift the high profile Colwyn Cup, having scored the winning goal, and Southern Counties Floodlit Youth League Nemean Division trophy in that memorable 2004/2005 season, before your time at Haringey no doubt!

What's the Colwyn Cup? Is it Welsh?

It's an invitation cup run by members of the Southern Counties Floodlit Youth League Committee but is not officially classed as one of their competitions. It is not a particularly prestigious affair and I have never bothered to enter Potters Bar Town into it in my time at the club.
