God I'm really itching to get back playing. Have now got full range of movement (hyper-extension and full flexion) and have now started in the gym this week to start building up the muscle.

 

My target is to be able to do non contact training end Feb / March and myabe get some ressie / County Hall games in before end of season

Joking aside it's a long way off but I still think I've got a lot to offer a team at this level still. I think if Hertford get promoted then that will be a step too much.

 

What I'd really like to do is get fit and play in a championship decided for Hoddesdon against KTFC at Hendon and bang in the winner blues06 style from 30 yards with the last kick of the game.. and I promise I wouldn't run over to Rhodes and give it!! (we can but dream!)
