I agree with you about the defence JFC, but you dont win anything without scoring goals. We've shown that we are solid at the back so why not concentrate on getting the ball forward a bit quicker? Taff is electric when he gets going and everybody knows it. Get early ball to him and Jonah and we will kill sides off, I've no doubt.

Back to the management position, I am not convinced with Mick at all and personally would like to see someone like Lockey and/or dimitri in a more senior coaching role, people who know the game inside and out.

I wonder if the WIZARD is one of the so-called well paid players at the club who is not pulling his weight and completely poisoning everybody against the manager and trying to twist the knife. I have the feeling it is.

firstly with reference to the non-league and pro games...yeah your right...there is a difference..pro footie is better...thats why we want to be full time pro..

 

secondly...good 4-4-2 line up...just goes to show how many variations on the theme there are at the ol' urchins...rich in talent mate...rich in talent...choose any eleven from 23 and you still come up with a good team...personally I like 3-5-2 when its attacking orientated...4-5-1 with speedy wing backs when away from home...we've all got an opinion but only one man picks the team...

I don't think anyone's saying what has been achieved here this season is a waste of time, the team is in an excellent position in the league and the proposed ground improvements, once completed should be a real uplift to the Stadium site. What I am saying is that at home we seem to oftem lack that something displayed by a number of less talented teams with the result that they are taking points when they shouldn't be. Our away record speaks for itself, it is

outstanding.

Only missed one home game this season..(same last season)..my son is a player but not at Hornchurch! Thats why I don't have time to make many away games.

 

If I recall my 'best team', I dont recall messrs Risley, McGowan, Kimble, Jones/Martin being at the Bridge last season?

 

As for Gooding, yes he is a good player but I would not leave him out in preference to the players I listed.
